Who we are

Conex Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Conex Constructions, is a licensed residential builder working across Sydney Metro. Our registered office is Shop 8 /128-132 Woodville Road, Merrylands NSW 2160.

What we collect

If you apply for a job through this site we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, cover letter, previous roles (company, role, dates and notes) and any resume file you attach.

If you simply browse the site, we collect nothing about you personally. Our servers keep ordinary request logs (address, path, timestamp, status) for security and troubleshooting, and nothing else: there is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on the public site.

Why we collect it

To assess your application, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of our recruitment decisions.

We do not use your application for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Where it is stored

The site runs on Cloudflare services. Application data lives in a Cloudflare database and resume files in private object storage; both are encrypted in transit and access is limited to authorised Conex staff using a signed-in admin console.

Resumes are never served publicly: they are streamed to an authorised staff member only, as a download.

How long we keep it

Applications we do not proceed with are deleted after 12 months. If we hire you, your application becomes part of your employment record and is kept for as long as employment law requires.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We use service providers only where they are needed to run the business — the hosting providers named above, and our accountants or insurers if a matter requires it. They may only use the information to provide that service to us.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies at all. One session cookie exists for Conex staff signing into the admin console; it is HttpOnly, tied to that sign-in, and is not used for tracking.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
